Our privacy commitments

Here at Motion Design, we genuinely care about your privacy. We are ready to support you in your role as a data controller and committed to ensuring all personal data we hold and process is safe and secure. As part of this commitment, we have undertaken steps to meet GDPR compliance, including:

• Not sharing personal data with third parties.
• We only store a user's email (for logging in and sending emails for events they've subscribed to) and their full name for displaying on screen. Nothing else!
• Allowing users and organizations to delete the personal data they control.
• Providing data subjects with access to their personal data.
• Implementing appropriate security measures for data protection.
• Regularly reviewing our privacy statements and internal documentation and processes.

Data Storage and Management

• Each customer instance of Insight, including user data is self-contained on a private Virtual Server.
• Users can access, update, and delete their names and email addresses as needed.
• Users can also access, update, and delete all Insight data stored in the database via admin pages.

International Data Transfers

• There are no international data transfers as the data is stored and processed within your Insight instance.
• Your instance is hosted in the country of your choice or the nearest available location on offer.

Security Measures

• All data transmission is done over HTTPS.
• Passwords are encrypted for storage.
• Updates are deployed as needed to address security issues.
